If you have any problem making your payment via our online payment gateway, please bank in to the following account:

Once done, please email the followings to registration.ihsaan@almaghrib.org:

  • Event name
  • Participant's details (name, email, and gender)
  • Transaction slip

FOR NIGHT LECTURE / ONE-DAY SEMINAR (REGISTRATION VIA ALMAGHRIB.MY)

Once payment has been successful, the contact person will receive a transaction email from SenangPay, and each attendee will receive their own e-ticket via email. Please check the spam folder as well, just in case.

If you do not receive any email, please contact registration.ihsaan@almaghrib.org together the following details:

  • Contact person's name
  • Email
  • Number of pax

and we will re-send them to you.

FOR FULL-WEEKEND SEMINAR (REGISTRATION VIA ALMAGHRIB.ORG)
Once payment has been successful, the contact person will receive a transaction email from Razer (formerly known as MOLPay) and payment confirmation email from finance@almaghrib.org. Please check the spam folder as well, just in case.
There is no e-ticket. To check your registration status, please log in to your account at almaghrib.org.

FOR NIGHT LECTURE / ONE-DAY SEMINAR (REGISTRATION VIA ALMAGHRIB.MY)

The purchase is not refundable but transferable to another person for the same event only. You can forward your ticket to the person replacing you to show during registration on the day of the event.

FOR FULL-WEEKEND SEMINAR (REGISTRATION VIA ALMAGHRIB.ORG)

If you are not be able to attend, you must inform the Registrar immediately via email to registrar@almaghrib.org. You have the option to transfer the payment to a future seminar in any of the cities worldwide or to another person, or to donate to our scholarship fund. Conversely, you may cancel your registration and request a refund, only if you pay the regular fee and submitted the request no later than the first day of the seminar. All refund requests are subject to a RM30 per person for the administrative fee.

If you are not be satisfied with a seminar, you have until 3 PM of the first Saturday of the seminar to request a refund.

Request for refunds after these deadlines will not be approved.

Admission to the event hall is limited to 11 years old and above only.

Please arrange for someone to take care of your children, or register for the Kids Zone or Mothers' Room. The facilities will not be provided if there is no registration made before the deadline.

Please note the registration time as stated on the website.

To check in, please show your email at the registration counter (no printing required). Please keep your proof of payment with you as well.

Do come early to avoid the long lines.

Walk-in registration is accepted only if seats are still available.

The seating arrangement is free seating, on a first-come basis, and segregated by gender. Please do not reserve seats for family members or friends who have not arrived yet.

Please inform the Organizer if you have a disability and require any assistance.
