How do I register for the online webinar?
Click on REGISTER on the event page. You will be redirected to the checkout page.
Fill in the billing details as well as the registrant’s details. Please ensure that the email provided is correct, active, and unique to each registrant.
Click BUY TICKET to proceed with the payment. We accept credit card, FPX, and GrabPay. Payments will be handled by Fazakkir Events.
How do I access the online webinar?
Once the purchase is successful, each registrant will receive an email notification from Zoom containing the link to the online webinar. We will also send email reminders before the webinar begins.
If you make the purchase for someone else, do ask them to check their email for the link.
Please install the Zoom application from the Zoom Download Centre before the webinar.
I didn’t get any email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder, just in case.
If you still could not find the email, fill in the form below together with the details of your purchase or send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will re-send the email to you as soon as possible.
I would like to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
All purchase is final. No refund will be given.
How do I view the recording?
If you missed the live session, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
The recording link will be emailed after the webinar and will be accessible for 14 days. Check your email for the link to the recording.
I have problem with my Zoom. Help!
If you experience lagging or freezing, it indicate a problem with the internet connection.
Try moving to an area with a better connection or closer to your router to see if this helps. You can also go to Settings (the Cog icon) and under Video, uncheck the Enable HD to reduce the amount of bandwidth your video connection requires.
If you are using Zoom mobile app and it crashes or closes by itself, try using the web version.
