Students must register using their full legal name and provide accurate information, which may need to be validated with their photo ID. Each student is required to have a unique email address upon registering not shared with another student. Any duplicate emails will result in an incomplete registration.
Individuals are not allowed to enter or attend (sit in) the class on Saturday and Sunday without registration and payment.
The Friday session is free for the public.
The early bird fee is RM270 per person, valid until Wednesday before the event. From Thursday onwards, the fee will increase to RM300 per person. The fee is fixed regardless of the days in attendance.
Students must pay the complete tuition fee by the first day of the seminar at the latest, with exception of those who opted for the instalment plan, whereby the first instalment payment must have already been made. Failure to do so may prevent students from being admitted into the seminar and/or receiving seminar materials.
Seat confirmation is guaranteed only after payment is made and will be based on a first PAY first serve basis. Students are highly encouraged to pay online once they have created their own AlMaghrib profile at http://almaghrib.org.

Receipt will be issued only for onsite/cash payment and sponsorships; for others, please request for receipt if needed.
All students must check in at the registration counter themselves unless a prior permission has been obtained from the Qabeelat Ihsaan Registration Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to authorize someone else to check in or attend on their behalf as a replacement.
Upon arrival, each paid student is provided a student tag to identify them as a paid student in addition to the seminar materials. All students are requested to wear the student tag for the duration of the weekend and be prepared to present it at anytime upon request. Should a student fail to present a provided wristband, he/she will not be permitted to enter the class.

The minimum age limit is 11 ears old and above unless otherwise stated.
The seating arrangement is free seating, on a first-come basis, and segregated by gender. Please do not reserve seats for family members or friends who have not arrived yet.

Should a student not be able to attend a paid seminar, he/she is expected to inform the Registrar immediately via email to email@example.com. The student has the option to transfer the payment to a future seminar in any of the cities worldwide. Conversely, students may cancel their registration and request a refund only if they paid the regular tuition and submitted the request no later than the first day of the seminar. All refund requests are subject to a RM30 administrative fee.
Should a student not be satisfied with a seminar, he/she has until 3 PM of the first Saturday of the seminar to request a refund.
Request for refunds after these deadlines will not be approved.
If any paid student wishes to replace himself/herself with someone else during the seminar, they may do so only after informing the Qabeelat Ihsaan Registration Department via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least one day prior to the seminar.
Only one replacement is allowed for each paid student on each seminar, with a maximum of one replacing student and two replaced seminar days.
RM30 fee will charged for the issuance of a second set of seminar materials for the replacing student.
Students are expected to maintain Islamic adab (etiquettes) in all interactions with fellow students, instructors, and staff members.
Students who display inappropriate behavior or disrespect may be removed from the seminar.
